EVX 2023: Living Luxury

The Bruske Team is proud to be a part of the Engel and Volkers family.  It allows us to open more doors to our clients, offering them the highest real estate service possible.  EVX is an annual event which gives us the opportunity to improve ourselves and our network.  This year, EVX was held at Fontainbleau, Miami Beach and our experience was one of a kind. 

WHAT IS EVX?

Each year, Engel and Volkers advisors from across the US, coordinate the EVX event.  Bringing the Engel and Volkers US team together in one place allows for the unique opportunity to inform and update advisors, while inspiring them with incredible speakers.  The advisors have time to enjoy each other’s company and build relationships with one another.  The goal of EVX is to leverage the strength of thousands through global brand consistency and share exclusive market offerings designed to best position our people, places, and properties.  Oh, and we have a lot of fun too! 

WHAT WE LEARNED

The theme of EVX 2023 “Refined”, reminds us of our goals to continue moving forward, growing in our craft and constantly improving for the benefit of our clients and communities.   The Bruske Team was privileged to hear from some of the individuals creating a new era for Engel and Volkers.  From the initial concept to the final product, a collaborative approach and shared passion breathes new life into an iconic brand.  We bring all of this home to our clients. 

Offering our clients a unique experience is something we pride ourselves on at the Bruske Team.  We are proud to say that no other brokerage in the valley has the depth of national and international connection like the Bruske Team.  EVX allows us to grow our network of advisors.  When our clients are ready to relocate, purchase a second home, or look into another market, we don’t just find an advisor.  We know the advisor personally, there is a friendship and connection.  We have a common phrase here that working with a friend is always better than just another agent.  We made lots of new friends at EVX 2023 and strengthened the relationships we already value so much.
